BILJANA offers carpet cleaning in Ohrid and Struga for suitable carpets, rugs and fitted textile flooring that can be worked on safely at the location. We use a water-extraction process after reviewing the material, construction, condition and access. The service does not include taking carpets away for factory washing.
Before arranging work, send dimensions and photos. A small rug, a large room carpet and fitted commercial carpeting require different access, handling and drying conditions. We assess each request rather than applying one promise to every textile.
Carpets and rugs we can assess on site
You can send an inquiry for:
- loose carpets and rugs that can be handled safely

- carpeted areas in homes, offices, accommodation or other business spaces
- vehicle floor carpets through our separate car interior cleaning service
Include the approximate length and width of every carpet or the total fitted area. Tell us whether it is loose or fixed, which floor it is on, and whether there is a lift. If you know the fibre or backing, add that information. A clear photo of the complete carpet and close-ups of labels, edges, stains or damaged areas are useful.
We do not claim that every rug or carpet is suitable for water extraction. Delicate fibres, unstable dyes, damaged backing, earlier chemical treatments or construction details can change what is safe to attempt. If a material should not be treated with our method, we will not present it as routine work.
Water extraction, material checks and practical limits
For suitable textiles, the equipment applies a controlled cleaning solution and extracts water and loosened soil. The result depends on the textile, age and type of dirt, earlier cleaning and physical condition. Old stains or strong smells may remain. We do not guarantee complete stain, smell or allergen removal.
Drying time is not fixed. Thickness, airflow, room temperature, humidity and the amount of moisture retained by the carpet all matter. The client should plan for ventilation and keep the area free while the surface dries.
On-site work also needs practical access to electricity and water, plus enough safe space for equipment. Tell us about parking restrictions, stairs, narrow entrances or business opening hours before a visit is agreed.
