BILJANA provides textile cleaning services in Ohrid and Struga for suitable carpets, upholstered furniture, mattresses and textile surfaces inside vehicles. Our process uses water extraction. It is not solvent-based dry cleaning for clothes, and it is not general house cleaning or full auto detailing.
Every inquiry starts with the surface, material, condition and access. Send a short description and clear photos so we can assess whether the requested work fits our process. Appointments and working conditions are confirmed after we review those details.
Choose the textile surface you need cleaned
For carpets and rugs, tell us the dimensions, material if known, whether the carpet is fitted, and where it is located. See our carpet cleaning page for the full inquiry checklist.
For sofas, couches, armchairs and other upholstered seating, include the number of seats and photos of the complete item. Our upholstery cleaning page explains what we need before assessing the fabric.
For mattresses, send the size, condition, information about any removable cover, and photos from both sides where possible. Read more about mattress cleaning.
For private cars, taxis or vehicle fleets, specify the vehicle type, number of vehicles, textile seats or carpets involved, and the time available between uses. See car interior textile cleaning. This service is limited to suitable textile surfaces. It does not include exterior washing, polishing or a complete detailing package.
What “chemical cleaning” means in our service
Some customers use the local phrase hemisko cistenje when they mean deep machine cleaning. At BILJANA, that phrase refers to washing suitable textile surfaces with water and extracting the liquid with professional equipment. It does not mean dry cleaning with chemical solvents.
Before work, we consider visible condition, material information, care labels when available, earlier treatments and any existing damage. Some fabrics, constructions or damaged surfaces may not be suitable. We do not promise that every stain or smell will disappear completely.
Drying time varies. Material thickness, airflow, temperature and the working environment all affect it. We do not give a universal drying-time guarantee before seeing the surface and conditions.
